With our Dedicated Service Model, our customers benefit from gaining access to our equipments, experienced drivers, sophisticated information technology and experienced management team.
In this service model, in order to offer immediate visibility of service progressions, SMFS trucks can be tracked using GPS.

Location of a SMFS Truck
As an option, SMFS provides online and real-time visibility in terms of location of the truck (s) serving a particular account. This is achieved via GPS tracking and includes metrics such as current location bread crumb trail to see where the truck has been. This facility allows SMFS to provide email notification of significant events such as arrival and departure from delivery destinations.
History of Trips
SMFS provides visibility regarding trip progress via an online interface that shows every trip that was completed for the customer and noting when the trip was started and finished. In some cases, this information includes arrival at each pick-up and delivery points.
